Thanks for the reply. I haven't done anything to my car yet,
although the inspection is due by the end of May. As right
now, it produces "clongkin" noise when I accelerate. You
mentioned about welding. I am not quite understand what you
menat by that. Are you saying that you make your own catalic
converter?

Have you tried Audi Shokan in NY. Their phone number is
1-800-ALL-AUDI. I will give them a ring before this weekend.
