lease an Audi or a VW ?

Due to a certain instability of my status 

in the US I would rather take a lease for
my next car, rather then own it.

Is it an outright wrong idea ?

If not , then what should be the directions ?

The Audi/VW dealer nearest to me wants 10% of sticker
price down, which is a scum.

Two others quote $422.64/mo for a 3 year lease of Audi 90,
$465.0/mo for a 3 year lease of a VW Passat.

Nobody seems to be willing to lease a Jetta, which would
probably accomodate me the best.

Any ideas ?
