Here are cars achieving decibel levels of 68 or less at 70 mph,
tested 1990 or later, from the Car & Driver 1993 Buyer's Guide.
Each decibel represents a doubling of air pressure on the eardrum.
Only Infiniti and Mercedes come it at 66 dB, but only Taurus and
Camry can be had for under $20k.
