Thanks, I think you have made some very good points but I have one point on
which I am not entirely certain. Shouldn't measuring the pressures provide
a good indication of how much charge you have? If both the hi and low
pressures are low, don't you think its ok to add more freon? I agree that
adding more just because the air isn't sufficiently cool is a bad idea.
