RE: W/S washer pump

I had the same problem on my '88 5000tq.  It basically wouldn't "squirt"
worth a damn.  Mechanic said he drilled out the in line valve.  Squirt
came back nice and strong.  The in line valve is supposedly to keep some
fluid in the upper part of the nozzle so that you get fluid a split
second faster than you would without the valve.  Ingenious eh?
