chip/ECU upgrades

FEI (okay, for everyone's info....happy?!)

The TAP ECU/chip upgrade does adjust timing as well as boost.  They program
their own mods and say that is why they are so much cheaper than Ned.  Ygor
used to work for Dave Sutton's Audi rally operation in Great Britain, so
he's got some serious experience.  However, I would still like to hear any
other comments from those who have TAP mods on their cars before I jump
into it on my TQC.
