I would agree.  I had a set of GA's on an 84 Lincoln Mark VII.  Being a 
very heavy car and not condusive to "real" hi-performance driving, the 
GA's treated me very well in all conditions.  They were predictable, good 
in the rain and the snow, etc.  But I would not even think about using 
them on my 4000.
