nope same wheels should be less of a problem... But remember how a car is aligned, yea they hook onto the wheels, but the car is at rest and tire pressures, tire wear and offset, gas tank full, kid seats and bikes in back will all affect your alignment, cuz the shoes (tires) align the foot (wheels), so your run is only as good as the shoes you're wearing at the time (interesting analogy, i guess)...
