My father has a hitch on his 5KTQ which does NOT require any bumpercovercutting. The square receiver hangs vertically in front of the lower bumper cover, and the ball mounting bracket has a curve to it that goes under the bumper cover and into the receiver. When the ball is taken off, you can't tell there's a hitch. Later, Graydon D.
