Anyone else have any >experience with doing this? Well, neither my father's nor my radiator is plastic. I don't know which models are, and which aren't, but I would guess that all 4K & Coupe models have all aluminum radiators (or at least '85 and earlier cars do). I'm surprised by the number of people that have leaking radiators (umm... people with *cars* with leaking radiators :-). My father has pretty much abused his over the past 12 years, yet it has never leaked, only clogged up severely. I guess he has been lucky (or maybe the lack of extreme winter temperatures helps), but I assumed that his experience was normal. I did have one leak on the top edge of my radiator, but a quick trip to a radiator shop, some silver solder, and a $15 bucks later I was on my way without any more coolant loss. Later, Eric
