OK Folks,
  
Its nice to see the enthusiastic discussion on the calendars.  I
will do the following:
  
They are prepackaged in lots of 10.  The bloody box weighs around 40
pounds, but for you people I will be glad to lug one over to the
Post Office later on today to see what it would cost to send to the
USA.
  
I?ll report back later on.  Once we know what the charge would be,
someone in the US could act as coordinator for this project on your
side. You can then decide how to handle this.
  
To those individuals outside the US, I?ll get charges for the UK,
India, Thailand etc. on a one piece basis and provide this info
