Stage II - 15 psi


	I finally got around to bypassing that pesky fuel pump shut off
(thanks to Charlie Smith), and cranked the regulator up to 15 psi!  Wow,
it goes pretty good now.  (apologies to english majors)

	I did get some complaints from the engine due to 89 octane gas in
the tank, so I put in a little octane booster, and topped up the tank with
92.  I should have approx 95+ octane now, and it runs great right up to
the 15psi limit. 

	If Ned's stage 1 gets 225 HP at 12.5psi, then I should be at 
approx. 245HP yes-no?  I suppose the curve of HP vs Boost pressure is not 
very linear but it should be close.

	The thing I don't like, is that I don't get max boost until 4000 
RPM so the usable torque band is from 4000 to 6000.  I haven't checked 
yet to see if it'll smoke all four tires <VBG>
