  We should be looking at the relative weight, relative size of pads &
  rotors, the speed delta and the frequency at which the speed delta is
  required. Who cares if you have 115 HP or 350 HP when you go from 80 MPH
  to 0 on the street?  Once. This has digressed into an apples/oranges
  street/track discussion. MMs are very cost effective and work well on the
  street, are easy on rotors and generate little dust. Carbons co$t >3x Vs
  MMs, are tough on rotors, wheels, make tons of dust and are tops on the
  track. One big happy family!   :)
