Mine died about 2 years ago (best thing that ever happened to me), right about the time Lechmere had a really nice removable Kenwood disc player on sale for $249. Guess where that disc player is now? Well, actually, it's locked in my desk.... but: They are standard DIN mounts, and the wiring harness is easy. The only two gotchas are: 1) Deltas use 2 antennas. Use the front one for your new radio. Reception will be decent, but not superb. Who cares? I play discs. 2) The rear speaker will need a line leveller (I think this is a matching transformer) to reduce electrical noise. There will still be some, especially with rear window defrost running. The stock speakers in a 100 are very good; no need to upgrade. The new head unit made a night/day difference in sound.
