Richard, Tee for 2! It is a simple matter to put a water temp sender onto the water exit gooseneck on the block. As this water has gone all through the block and exited the heads, I assume it is as hot as any and provides a good proxy for temp. Any way get the right size metric bolt for the sender to screw into, drill a hole into the goose neck, braze/weld the bolt onto the neck and see that the sender sticks into the water stream. Voila, route sending wire as necessary. Neck with sender installed etc, available from some used bone yards as Audi/VW used this setup in some apps. (got mine from Campbell Nelson Seattle area) Good Luck Mike
