r134a conversions and 2.8 V6 eeprom changes

Earlier in the week there were threads concerning conversions to r134a as
well as eeprom changes to the 2.8 V6 engine.  For what it is worth, the
November 1995 issue of EuroSport Car has feature articles on both subjects!
