90 200 quattro wagon

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy a 1990 200 quattro turbo wagon with app. 81K miles 
on it and I have some questions:

 - what changed between 90 and 91 except for the upgrade to the 20v engine?
 - I talked to IA and asked about power upgrades. Apparently there are 
4 stages,
   yielding app. 190, 220, 260 and 290hp respectively. What's the 
general consensus
   (if any) on bang for the buck and reliability of these mods?
 - what do I need to watch for on this particular year and model?

Thanks a lot in advance and I'm really sorry if this is already listed 
in the FAQ, but I don't have the time (slow FTP connection) to look it 
up right now.
