UrQ? RSR?

I have seen these posts, and having admired (lusted?!) over TQCs - I have to
admit I don't know these terms.  Can I be enlightened?

Also, next year I want to increase my 87 5KCSTQ horsepower in the 40-60 extra
range - preferably w/o seriously affecting mileage (except when I mash that
throttle...) or driveability.  I've seen posts above turbo changes, but how
can that work without a chip/wastegate mod?  The wife would shoot me if I
spent $800.00 @ Intended Accel (at least until '97).  Should I just wait, or
are there other ideas?
