Schrick cams


	I have never driven a 5-cyl with a Schrick cam, but I did an 
electronic fuel injection system on a 2.o litre 4-cyl VW engine with a 
Schrick assymetric cam.  I was VERY impressed with that cam.  It revved 
very smoothly all the way to a rather high redline, and pulled strongly 
at the low end too.  It's response was immediate, and it was very 
smooth.  I couldn't believe how smooth this ancient, non-crossflow, 
2-valve engine was running.  Granted, the EFI had alot to do with that, 
but still, the cam is the heart of the engine, and that heart had spunk, 
AND civility.
