Door locks

Geez, doesn't anybody read my posts the first time around:

To activate the door lock heater pull up on the door handle.  These really work,
I had a little melted spot of frost around my lock the other day.

If you are not so fortunate: keep your lock de-icer in your coat pocket, not in
the glove compartment.  Think about it...

On the theme of the whole door frozen shut: DO NOT force this open.  It is easy
to rip the rubber away from the car.  Go around, wait, do something else.  To
help stop this: spray/wipe your car with a silicon lube, then lightly coat with
talcum powder, or (neighbors recommendation, I find it messy) smear vaseline on
the seals.
