Is there any way to fool the auto-check system into thinking my front headlight really works? On the way to work this morning I had no less than 4 syptoms flashing on that console. I can fix two easily (get some gas, & fill up the washer reservior) and the wear sensor on the rear disk is easily bypassed by completing the circuit with a wire (rotors & pads on the way,) but I'm unsure of how to fool the lights check without disabling the whole system. Buying a new bulb isn't an option, with no glass in front of them (still working on the Euro replacements) the bulbs don't last five minutes in the rain/snow/road grime. TIA for any options. -- -Mike mikes@specnet.com mks107@psuvm.psu.edu 87 5000CS TQ 84 5000S (2,000 miles away and a mile high) 90 80 (sibling's mode of transportation I get lynched into working on)
