Fog Lights And Foggy Windows.

Fellow Audians; the recent fog light and foggy window discussions have led to a
few questions. On my '91 200 TQW my fog light switch comes on whenever I turn
the parking lights or headlights on. I have pushed the switch "on and off"
several times, but cannot seem to make it turn off because it stays lit. Any
ideas? I have also been experiencing the foggy windows and it's a pain. So is
the solution a leaking heater core or is a broken spring on the recir flap?
Moreover (before I start tearing up the car) how do you tell? Greg
