It is my understanding that the IA mod does not rely on a change to the chip
to improve the ignition advance curve. Please note that in all of Ned's IA
ads that that I have ever seen that he never claims anything about changing
the chip or code, the ads state:

"Audi Engine Computer Modifications"

Also, there is nothing in the name or anything that in any way implies that
a new/different chip is part of the deal, very unlike some of the *grossly
misleading* and *outright false* claims and ads of his wannahbe competitors.....
