  The same thing happened in my 81 TQC with the new spring.  It was not the
fuel relay as my car does not have one.  I was definately overboosting,
20PSI plus.  I was running a zener diode clamp so boost transducer was not
seeing over boost, so...I was either blowing out the spark or other
ignition prob.  Fuel flow rate was fine.  It was boost sensitive not RPM
sensitive.  I would check to see that no shims are already installed in the
wastegate (my problem, there were 4 shims on the bottom and 1 on the top
already, from previous owner or factory that I overlooked before I
installed the heavier spring!)
