Wanted: Blown 9004 bulbs

I am trying to setup relays for my headlights.  In order to
avoid cutting through the original factory connectors, I am 
willing to buy or pay shipping for two 9004 bulbs that 
do not work.

Also, if someone has a way I can do this without the 
bulbs  (that is essentially develop a male for the 
female 9004 bulb socket) I would appreciate it.  TIA.
