Speaking of fast Bentleys/Rolls.... Sometime in the seventies someone made a fiberglas copy of a Rolls and put a Merlin (WWII fighter plane engine) in it.....vroom. In the realm of reality (sort of...): >From this week's Auto, Motor und Sport on the Geneva car show: Audi S8: 340 HP; 0-100 kmh in 5,5 sec. I think the lifters on the intake are mechanical, it was tough to translate. And if I remember correctly 11.4:1 compression. Audi S6plus: 326 HP, 6 speed tranny. Available this fall.......in Europe.
