Missed a couple.....

Left turns across oncoming lanes into oncoming traffic *always* have the
right-of-way

Never *ever* *EVER* make eye-contact with or acknowledge the existence of
other drivers & vehicles already in a rotary (roudabout), just charge right
on in at light-speed

And, of course, three-on-a-red-light when within ~20 miles of Boston

If you don't like the way I drive -- STAY THE H_LL OFF THE SIDEWALKS!
