RX-7 stuff

Sorry about the non-Audi related topic.
I have a friend with a 95' RX-7 and he is looking to upgrade his exhaust 
system and possibly replace the chip.  I called the dealer I got my Borla 
muffler from and they wanted $800 dollars for the setup(cat back).  They
recommended a company called Genie.  It was also 100% stainless and the 
price was about $500.  Any input on this company would be appreciated.
Does anyone know who makes performance chips for mazda?
One last thing, Last June at the Second Creek Q-club event in Colorado a 
gentleman had a red RX-7 with a few mods. I think his name was Clay. If 
anyone knows his # please let me know.  TYIA.
