hella low beams, again

I didn't get a reply the first time, so I'll try again.

I want to put aux low beams on my (future) 4000.  I know the Hella XL's 
are made for that purpose, but I kind of wanted to go with a round style, 
like the 500's or Rallye 1000's.  Are these street legal for aux low 
beams, or should I turn them off every time I run into offiecer friendly?

Another question.  Is it possible to get the old S series steering wheel 
(the one without the air bag)?  I think it'd be cool to have on the 4K.
