The Tornado basically is a device that connects from the air intake hose to
the air filter box. What the thing apparently does is make the fuel/air
mixture more efficient. It promises to increase horsepower and gas
mileage, all within EPA specs (incl. CA emissions).
Believe me, I am a skeptic, but nonetheless I saw the performace increase,
as well as the mileage increase in Brad's car. If you do not believe it,
call the Tornado people yourself: (310) 926-5000.
I am not making any promises, only a suggestion. If you want to go and pay
big money for a chip, an aftermarket turbo, or expensive work on valves, go
ahead. I figure this thing was worth mentioning.
