Well, you need to take your wastegate apart to check the diaphragm for tears
or holes. I've been told it's a matter of mileage, boost pressure (Do you
make modified high boost?), and driving style. Your diaphragm could be
perfectly fine. You've been hearing alot about them lately, because we're
trying to get a better discount on a higher volume order. There are others
out there that know they need the replacement.
