I would look in a wrecking yard for a set of seats from an Audi that have
seat heaters in them that are the same color and buy them. My experience has
been that seats from Audis are dirt cheap because nobody wants them. They
hold up pretty well and only fit Audis so there is almost no market for
them. A local wrecking yard has a set of grey leather heated seats from a
'90 200q that they quoted me $200 for front and rear. The controls and
wiring would be the tough part.
