Price for a 90 and think of buying a newer

I just recently bought my 88 90 with many a problem for 2200.  I think now
that they are almost all fixed, I could get 4500 for it.  SOund fair?  About
120,000 miles on it.  Rides real nice, etc.  Nice little car.  NOW, for the
main event.  I would like to sell that car, use the money for a down payment
and then take out a loan to buy about a 90 or 91 Audi 90 or 100.  What would
be a fair going price for these cars as I have not really started to price.
