'87 5KCSTWQ 5-speed Question

Hi and TIA,

I have a 5-speed in my '87 5KCSTQW
and just today, it started to get really hard to shift into first and and
little more difficult than ususal in and out of second.

I know these transmissions have somewhat of a rep for this but this seems
a bit sudden. I recently ahd the fluid checked. It was clean and full.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
