Which bearings to replace with shocks and struts?

I'm planning to have the consumable suspension parts on my '86 CGT
replaced soon.  Boge Pro Gas seems to be the price/performance choice
for shocks and struts; I just need to call around and see who has what
to fit my car.

But everyone says that bearings should be changed at the same time.
Which bearings should I be looking for?  Who can I buy them from?
Will it add much to the labor?
