I have been reading your posts for about a year now.  From my
experience, your posts fall into two categories: 1. You can be a
very good contributor to the list and provide factual information
regarding the technical aspects of our cars (which I appreciate),
but then there is the other side.  #2.  You take on some sort of
boyish immature state where you try to flame or put down anything
Audi related that does not agree with your opinion (ie: QCUSA and
TAP).   This gets REALLY old man, and rahter than making the other
party (TAP, QCUSA) look bad, it begins to make YOU look like an
immature whiner, and probably hurts people's image of you more than
the party you're trying to slam.  Think about it.  

FYI, I TRIED to check the archive for specific info regarding the
TAP fiasco, but they do not seem to be available.  FWIW, your
complaints are THE ONLY ones I've really ever seen, so unless
there is a REAL PERSON on this list that has used the TAP chip &
mods that blew an engine because of it, please contact me.  Unless
I get concrete proof, I'm inclined to think it is just hearsay. 
FYI, TAP chips are actually BBR chips... and I KNOW there are
several listers with BBR chips that have no complaints.

Ok, with that said, I will say that I was hired to build the TAP
web site, but I am in no way paid to stand up for or endorse their
products on my own free will.  TAP's site helps sponsor the cost of
running the Audi Registry.   I do not have any TAP products, do you?

In short, please cut the attitude crap... I'm sick of it, and I
know other listers are as well.  You are welcome on the Q-list for
your subjective input, but cut the 'Eric is Q-god crap'.  


TO THE LIST:  Sorry for the public post, but I though this issue
needed to be addressed.
