Did the clutch work O.K. for a while after you bled the brakes?  If you
aren't getting any brake fluid through the clutch pedal I doubt it is
serious.  If bleeding the brakes gives you clutch feel for a while, and
leakage is all on the outside, it's likely all that needs replacing is a
rubber seal.
