I also have a 91 200 q, mine does not have an after run feature that I am aware
of. It doesn't make any noise at all, niether a fan or coolant pump. Is it
suppose to?

Paul Levano was over last week with his 87 5KSQT and it did have the fan and
pump running to cool the turbo. I was happy that mine didn't make that damn
noise!
