I had this problem with one of my cars and replaced the swich twice 
before the fan/pump turned on when I thought it should (before the 
pressure blows the reciculation pump apart which happened twice).  
Does anyone out there know of a adjustable two prong thermal switch? 
It would shure be a nice modification,  I think the thread size is 
either 8 or 10mm.
