Suggested Service Intervals/Archives Format

Regarding the suggestion of adding a comprehensive Suggested Service 
Interval to the Archives, here are just a few of the responses I have

The way I envision this endeavor in practice is as follows:

Each model, from 1980 to the present is represented.  As there is no 
need with the "3 Year Test Drive" to mess w/ an A4/A6/A8 yourself, these 
models will have an amended entry.  As for the rest of our rides...

(Very Rudimentary and probably incorrect) Sample:
(Usual disclaimers, these will only be SUGGESTIONS)

	Braking System/Components:
	Replace _________, flush and replace break fluid (or two years after
	last change), check pads and rotors for wear, etc.

	Engine:
	Replace ___________ gaskets, replace spark plugs (check for fouling),
	inspect and replace hoses, etc.

	Front Suspension: Inspect trailing arms, CV's, struts, bushings, etc.

	Miscellaneous: Check wiper pump, replace airbag (on a 4K?), etc.

	Check Before It Breaks: (example) If timing belt is replaced, then also
	replace _________ while you are at it, etc.

Anyway, I feel that this will be an invaluable service to our list 
members.  You will be able to check this out in the archives and then 
consult your Bentley and other listers to see how it is done.

If we agree to do this, I will take it upon myself to have suggestions 
forwarded to me (dismiss@earthlink.net) and I will compile them.  I will 
then post to the list after compilation for suggestions.  Since we all 
know at what mileage something needed replacement, the averages should 
be accurate.

This is not a small job, but what the hell, I have time and it is worth 
it.
