i recently installed upgraded bulbs in my v8 together with the wiring
harness kit.  the kit includes provisions for having low beams (and
therefore, fogs too) on with the high beam.  the results are pretty
spectacular. over 400 watts of lighting compared to 130 previously.
several places in autoweek advertise these things.  i didn't do the
install myself, so i can't comment on it.

no problems whatsoever so far, and i'm not expecting any.
