Wastegate diapragm update

Well, I have the ballpark figures...

Tooling $1000 to $1500 then about $23 each in quantity 100.

Making a double thickness (2-ply) would presumably double
the unit cost to $46 and shouldn't affect the tooling.

So...  I'm going to try to get the tooling down to the low end
and see what the fewest I can produce is...  I expect I'll
be selling them below $100.  It seems that the worst case
cost will be about $76 each, assuming making 50 2-ply and
$1500 tooling ($30 tooling and $46 per unit).

Price to quattro list members will be $76 (for a 2-ply or 2 1-plys depending
on what is made).  WA state folks have to pay sales tax since I'll
put it thru my currently dormant business.  I get a tax deduction this
year (unless I sell them all)...
