It's *NOT* a live axle, it's got *Positraction*, which is essentially a
TORSEN effect, and it works!! 

'live rear axle' refers to the suspension design - as in solid rear axle - as are fitted to your typical circa 1800s Connestoga (sp?) wagons - you know - move em out! rawhide - circle dem wagons - this be injun coutry - and not the differential type (open/posi/torsen/locking).
