I buried this request in an earlier reply to Dan, but I didn't get any response ... so I figured I'd regurgitate it ... any experiences appreciated! Since we're on the subject, I'm wondering if anyone out there has rebuilt the distributor on an '83 urQ or similar. My distr has bad bearings. I have the replacement noted above, which has a fried Hall sender but good bearings. I got the Hall sensor plate out, but it seems like it'll take some doing to put it back together again.
