ATF does not come in 'weights', ATF is basically hydraulic fluid. Most manual transmisisons use GEAR OIL, not ATF. Do NOT use ATF in transmissions designed for gear oil. I believe that all Quattro manual gearboxes use gear oil and NOT ATF. Audi provides an excellent Owner's Manual. Check your Owner's Manual to be sure! ATF is used in *some* manual gearboxes in FWD cars where the gearbox is subjected to very high temperatures due to its proximity to the engine - but this is an exception and not the rule. Be sure before you dump that sh_t in!
