As I recall, the name of the company is Kano Labs.  I definitely agree, 
Kroil has loosened some badly rusted bolts for me.  I haven't gotten any
mailers from them for years myself.  I s'pose I could try to get an address
off an old can.  I'll see what I can dig up ...
