obvious effect. However it affects radio reception as well. If one of the
diodes on the 3 phase bridge goes bad, that will

The static is dependent entirely on the rear window defroster. NOT
electrical load. It is static, not whine. Description... random bursts of
high audio frequency junk. Level high enough to obscure music when tuning
weak station, almost inaudible tuning strong station.
