CHP and "Balls"

Nice story, but I think this is from a movie.  "Flashpoint", circa 1983
or so.  Kris Kristofferson (sp?) and Treat Williams as Texas Border
Patrol agents that find JFK assasination-linked cash in the desert.

Find two women sleeping in a car, they ask about the Ball Tix, Williams
replies "No ma'am.  We're Border Patrol Agents, we don't have any
balls."
