I can't speak for the new Audis, but on my 1990 200 the armrest is held on by ONE large bolt which sticks out the left rear corner of the armrest. It screws directly into a a threaded hole in the driver's seat frame - requiring one hold to be made through the leather or fabric on the seat. IF the installation is similar, two questions: 1) DOES the seat have the pre-threaded hole? If not, one would not want to experiment with drilling and tapping one. This is important to find out. Chances are that it does, IF any of the series have an armrest. 2) MAKE SURE you put the hole in the right place. Doesn't sound very difficult, provided the thing works similarly. ....................................................... Al Powell, Ph.D. Voice: 409/845-2807 107 Reed McDonald Bldg.
