FWIW, when I did this job a year ago, I followed the wisdom that I found in the archives which was: "Use light coating of Loc-Tite Red on the bolt, and have the biggest trained ape you can find jump up and down on the three foot cheater bar you've got on the breaker bar." Lucky for me a friend who used to wrestle in high school and still weighs > 260 lbs. showed up just as I was getting ready to put the pulley back on.
